We recommend that everyone stay on site at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, as all our wedding events will be taking place on site. You can find more information about the discounted room block that we arranged and how to book on the Travel & Accommodations page. The number of rooms in the block are limited, so we advise booking as soon as possible.

The closest airport to Rancho Bernardo Inn is San Diego International Airport (SAN). We strongly suggest looking into and booking flights as soon as you are able before prices begin to increase. SAN is approximately a 30-40 minute drive (28 miles) away from the venue and has easy access to taxis, rideshares, and car rentals.

Details about the dress code for the Welcome Party - California Resort Chic - and the Wedding Day - Black Tie Optional - are detailed on the home page of this website. Dress in what makes you feel your best, and get ready for a wonderful weekend of celebration!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors. As the evening unfolds, we'll move indoors to continue the celebration with DJ & dancing. We suggest bringing a jacket or dressing appropriately for the outdoor weather.

There is nothing formal planned for Sunday, October 26th. We hope we are all exhausted from a great night, so the bride and groom will be lounging by the pool, if weather permits, or watching the Raiders (and Sunday football) in the hotel sports bar. We’d would love for those not yet headed home to join us!
